Before we begin our Reflexology session we will do a short intake and discuss your medical history and any current concerns or issues you have. You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks but otherwise will remain fully clothed. During the session, you will lay on a massage table with your head, feet and knees supported by pillows and a bolster and I will cover you with a light sheet. I can adjust the amount of pillows and support for pregnant clients. I also offer a weighted eye pillow to help you relax further. The lights are dimmed and I play relaxing music in the background. I use an unscented oil such as almond or apricot on your feet during the session. Clients leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

I also offer Hot Stone Reflexology treatments. A Hot Stone Reflexology session combines all of the benefits of Reflexology with the healing benefits of heat. The effects of a Hot Stone session are thought to last longer than a regular Reflexology session and the heat penetrates deeper into the tissue.

Before we begin our Reiki session we will do an intake and discuss any specific physical or emotional areas you want to focus on. When we are ready to start, you will lay down on a massage table with your head, feet and knees supported by pillows and a bolster and I will cover you with a light sheet. When I start the Reiki, I place my hands around your head and face. As I work on the chakras below the head, I will hold my hands just over your body. I always work on your feet to ground you at the end of the session. Most people feel very relaxed during a Reiki session and lighter and more grounded when they leave.

Holistic BIRTH PACKAGE $1600

The Holistic Birth Package is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. As a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner, I believe that prenatal education, body work and energy healing are all very important components of a healthy pregnancy and birth experience.

The Holistic Birth Package Includes:

• 2 Prenatal visits in your home to establish your birth plan, postpartum healing plan and breastfeeding education

• 5 Reflexology or Reiki sessions

• 2 Postpartum visits

• Being on call from 37 weeks until birth

• Email and phone access between visits

• Continuous labor support

• A postpartum self-care kit

• A dozen lactation cookies and 32 ounces of homemade bone broth, soup or Ayurvedic dish at your postpartum visits

We will complete the Reflexology or Reiki sessions at both prenatal appointments, an additional session between 37-40 weeks for labor preparation, during labor when appropriate, and at both postpartum visits.

Reflexology can help with pregnancy related discomforts such as swelling, nausea, insomnia, aches and pains and constipation. It can also gently prepare the body for labor, help balance hormones, support the liver and kidneys and reduce stress. 

Reiki is very helpful for stress relief and clearing fear and anxiety around pregnancy and birth.

Arrangements for a backup doula will be made in the case of an emergency or illness that would prevent me from attending your birth.

Each prenatal and postpartum visit is 2.5-3 hours including the Reflexology or Reiki sessions.

During the initial fertility consultation we will meet in your home to discuss your health and fertility history, how to understand your body and chart your cycles, and beneficial nutritional and lifestyle modifications you and your partner can make based on your individual needs. After the initial consultation, we will meet again monthly for 3 months to discuss your cycle charts and any changes you’ve experienced since our last visit.

The first visit is 2-3 hours and the monthly follow-up visits are 1 hour.

The Holistic Fertility Package is also beneficial for those going through IVF, IUI and other fertility treatments. Stress relief, diet and a healthy lifestyle play a significant role in healthy eggs and sperm and a successful IVF cycle.

This package can be purchased with Reflexology or Reiki sessions for additional support.

Reflexology has many benefits while trying to conceive including helping to balance hormones, increased detoxification, improved digestion and nutrient assimilation, stress reduction and increased blood flow to the reproductive organs.

Reiki can help to reduce stress and inflammation, reduce pain, clear energy blockages and promotes physical and emotional healing.

This consultation can also be done remotely.

Holistic Postpartum Recovery Package $1500

The first 40 days or 6 weeks after birth are crucial for recovery. If you have a surgical birth, this recovery period is 8 weeks. Reflexology is very beneficial for postpartum healing. It stimulates the body’s own healing response, reduces stress and inflammation, increases circulation and there is research showing that it can help with breastmilk production.

The Holistic Postpartum Recovery package includes 6 weekly Reflexology or Reiki sessions in your home, a postpartum self care kit that includes an herbal sitz bath, perineum spray, cold pads, and beneficial herbal tea. I will also make weekly lactation cookies and a nourishing Ayurvedic postpartum recovery dish including bone broth based soups, roasted root vegetables, gluten free whole grains and cooked fruits. The food can be modified for dietary needs and preferences. During our visits I can help you with breastfeeding, basic infant care and any questions or concerns you have. I can also do some light housekeeping such as loading the dishwasher, starting a load of laundry or watching the baby while you have a shower. Each postpartum visit is 3 hours.

The First 42 Days Ayurvedic postpartum Package $2000-$4000

In Ayurveda, the first 42 days after a woman gives birth are sacred. It is a special time of recovery, nourishing your body, mind and spirit, rebuilding digestive fire and strength and bonding with your new baby.

The First 42 Days Package includes once or twice a week visits for 5 hours each day. As your Ayurvedic postpartum doula, I will help you rest and recover using the 4 pillars of care.

Ayurvedic Pillars of Care

Nutrition and Herbs

An Ayurvedic postpartum diet incorporates fresh, organic, warming food and herbs that are easy to digest. I will prepare fresh, healing foods and tea for you during our visits every week. Some examples of Ayurvedic postpartum foods include, bone broth based soup, roasted root vegetables, cooked rice and quinoa, breakfast oats, stewed fruit, ghee, almonds, dates, coconut and lactation cookies. The foods can be modified for dietary needs and preferences.

Daily Self Care

Ayurvedic self massage with warm sesame oil promotes restful sleep, improves circulation, and reduces stress and anxiety. At each visit, we will set aside time for you to do your warm oil massage and have an herbal bath. We will incorporate belly binding after the second week. This package also includes one Reflexology or Reiki session per week. Reflexology is very beneficial for postpartum healing. It stimulates the body’s own healing response, reduces stress and inflammation, increases circulation and there is research showing that it can help with breastmilk production.

Meditation

During each visit we will practice breath work and meditation which calms the nervous system and grounds the mind and body.

Rest

Rest is extremely important for healing in the postpartum period. We will plan for rest time during each visit.

During our visits I can help you with breastfeeding, basic infant care and any questions or concerns you have. I can also do some light housekeeping such as loading the dishwasher, starting a load of laundry or watching the baby while you have a bath or shower.

The First 42 Days Package includes all food, herbs, teas, sesame oil for self massages, a belly wrap, herbal bath, perineum spray, cold pads and a weekly Reflexology or Reiki session.

One visit per week for 6 weeks (30 hours): $2000

Two visits per week for 6 weeks (60 hours): $4000
